I’m Helen Lauritzen, founder of Golden Light Academy.

If you’ve found your way here, it is because something within you is ready to reconnect, realign and rise.

My path has been one of deep awakening, inner listening and remembering the quiet guidance that has always been present beneath life’s surface.

After 55 years of life experience, I have learned that when we pause, breathe and truly listen, we begin to hear the gentle wisdom of Spirit guiding us forward—one step at a time.

I live on the Sunshine Coast with my soulmate of over 22 years and our two children, a son (18) and a daughter (21). Much of my life’s learning has unfolded through both profound joy and deep challenge, each shaping who I am today.

Through these experiences, I have come to understand that every moment carries lessons, understanding and truth — what I call “pearls of wisdom” — shaping how we see, hear, feel and move through the world with greater resilience, compassion and grace.

My work is guided through a strong intuitive connection to Spirit and the Golden Ray of Light, along with the loving presence of angels, fairies and guides from higher realms of consciousness.

I also have a deep connection to the ancient wisdom of Lemuria, Atlantis and Avalon—energetic frequencies that support remembrance, healing and spiritual awakening.

Through my four intuitive channels—
clairvoyance, clairaudience, claircognizance, and clairsentience—I receive guidance that supports each person’s unique healing and spiritual unfolding.

My work is grounded in both spiritual wisdom and practical understanding, guided by my unique and ancient light code keys, lovingly received through a beautiful soul known as the Keeper of Keys, and reflecting a deep connection to Lemurian and Atlantean (before the fall) lineages as a Golden One.

It is also deeply supported through:

• Reiki Master Healer & Teacher certification 
• Over 25 years of experience with crystal healing
• Lifelong intuitive development since childhood
• my publications of spiritually channeled works, and
• a Science degree in Psychology (UNSW)

Alongside this, I have spent decades studying spiritual and metaphysical teachings, learning from gifted mentors and guides who have helped deepen and activate my work.
