About Golden Light Academy

My name is Helen Lauritzen and I am the founder of Golden Light Academy.

My journey, after 54 spins around the sun, has been one of beautiful discovery and amazement at just how incredible life can be if you just take the time to stop, breath, allow and listen.

Over the years, I have learned to connect deeply to the heartbeat of Mother Earth and the coinciding warmth of the Creator's guidance through the Golden Ray of Light, both whispering to keep stepping forward, no matter what may lie ahead.

Stepping forward with this divine guidance has led me to live a beautiful, soulful and spiritual life on the Sunshine Coast with my amazing husband and soulmate for 21 years, and to be a proud and loving warrior mum of 2 beautiful children - a son who is 16 and a daughter now 20.

Not every moment has been joyful as I have had to endure many moments of pain and suffering along the way.  But with every experience - joy and pain - comes the lesson that I see as a beautiful pearl of wisdom formed from the grit of life. When you understand the lesson, you can then learn to 'see', 'hear', 'feel' and 'know' in a better way, dealing with life's challenges while living in beauty and grace anyway.

It's certainly no easy task raising 2 resilient, kind and confident humans. However, the pearls of wisdom I have gained and shared with them has proved to be of great benefit in helping them to keep stepping forward with love, compassion, humility and respect. I am honoured to guide and watch these magical souls with beautiful hearts discover their own divine gifts to share and shine bright.

In short, my path has led me to achieve:

• a degree in Psychology (4 years)
• Reiki Master Healer and Teacher certification (10 years)
• experience with crystal healing (25 years) 
• strong intuitive skills (since childhood)
• becoming an author (2 books channeled and published)

Above all, being an avid reader with an insatiable thirst for knowledge, I have studied so many spiritual and metaphysical books, as well as worked with some absolutely beautiful spiritual mentors and intuitive souls who have gifted me with profound insight, ancient teachings and have awakened my divine gifts to be shared.

 I would absolutely love to share these gifts and essential ancient wisdom, that has been condensed and simplified, with you and your beautiful children so that you can all:

• keep your own mind, body and soul healthy,
• nurture your soul's gifts to build your confidence and resilience, ultimately having a greater sense of happiness and worthiness,
• stay focused on the simplicity of your soul's purpose and serve with love,
• embrace the Golden Ray of Light to raise your vibration, and
• shine your soul light so bright that you attract your beautiful Tribe for deeper connection and belonging.

As you can sense, my passion is to cleanse, heal and raise the vibration of your mind, body and soul so that you and your family have a beautiful and amazing life of beauty and grace, whilst becoming all that you are - Magical!
