I’m Helen Lauritzen, founder of Golden Light Academy.

If you’ve found your way here, I believe it is because something within you is ready to reconnect, realign, and rise.

My path has been one of deep awakening, inner listening, and remembering the quiet guidance that has always been present beneath life’s surface.

After 55 years of life experience, I have learned that when we pause, breathe, and truly listen, we begin to hear the gentle wisdom of Spirit guiding us forward—one step at a time.

I live on the Sunshine Coast with my soulmate of over 22 years and our two children, and much of my life’s learning has come through both profound joy and deep challenge.

Through these experiences, I have come to understand that every moment carries wisdom—what I call the “pearls of life”—shaping how we see, feel, and move through the world with greater compassion, resilience, and grace.

My work is guided through a strong intuitive connection to Spirit and the Golden Ray of Light, along with the loving presence of angels, guides, and higher realms of consciousness.

I also feel a deep connection to the ancient wisdom of Lemuria, Atlantis, and Avalon—energetic frequencies that support remembrance, healing, and spiritual awakening.

Through my four intuitive channels—
clairvoyance, clairaudience, claircognizance, and clairsentience—I receive guidance that supports each person’s unique healing and spiritual unfolding.

My work is grounded in both spiritual wisdom and practical understanding, supported by:

• A degree in Psychology 
• Reiki Master Healer & Teacher certification 
• Over 25 years of experience with crystal healing 
• Lifelong intuitive development since childhood 
• Published author of spiritually channeled works 

Alongside this, I have spent decades studying spiritual and metaphysical teachings and learning from gifted mentors and guides who have helped deepen and activate my work.
