As a trained Reiki Master Teacher in the Usui Reiki discipline, practicing since 2014, I have personally found that learning Reiki is a beautiful journey that enhances a more conscious way of living as you continue to step forward on your spiritual path.

Each of the 4 levels has its own set of principles, light symbols, kotodamas (healing chants), healing techniques and attunements that connect you to the 'Chi' or universal life energy, transforming you more and more as you progress on this journey of beautiful enlightenment.

Workshops are up to 2 students at a time to keep the teachings sacred and to maximize individual learning at every stage. 

The first level of Reiki is "Shoden" which means "first teaching'. It is the beginning of a beautiful and continuous journey of self-realization that connects you to Chi (Universal life energy) and focuses on self-healing.

You will learn:

• the 5 Reiki precepts which hold the secret of happiness
• the benefits of Reiki healing
• the 7 main chakras that we focus on for our hand positions during a treatment
• the first Reiki power symbol, its benefits and kotodama (or chant)
• energy exercises
• traditional healing techniques and how to use a pendulum when checking chakras
• practice a Reiki healing

You will receive:

• an attunement for the first Reiki symbol
• an information booklet of all that you learned
• a certificate of attainment
• a certificate of lineage

Once completed you will be able to:

• give reiki treatments to friends, family and pets

Reiki Level 1  - 4 hours in person - $185 per person (maximum of 2 people)

The second level of Reiki is "Okkuden" which means "deep inside". It is a deeper connection to Chi energy that opens your consciousness to a higher vibration, allowing you to give Reiki healings to the recipient in person and when the recipient is not in physical reach.

Your will learn:

• level 2 reiki symbols and respective kotodamas, and their benefits
• further Reiki healing and reprogramming techniques
• how to use crystals in your Reiki treatments
• practitioner professional standards and ethics
• give an actual treatment in person and a distance treatment
• complete a case study

You will receive:  

• an attunement for the second and third Reiki symbols
• an information booklet of all that you learned
• forms to use for your clients
• a certificate of attainment

Once completed you will be able to:

• perform Reiki treatments in person and at a distance
• become a Reiki practitioner for the public

Reiki Level 2  - 4 hours in person -  $185 per person (maximum of 2 people)

The third level of Reiki is "Shinpiden" which means "mystery teaching". The mystery is our own existence, including life and consciousness which are boundless. It is the next step of development, healing you on deeper levels, and where many transformation will take place within and around you.

Your will learn: 

• the master Reiki symbols and kotodama for a higher level of divine power 
• the master Reiki meditation 
• how to work with the White Light exercises to lift your energy 
• empowerment procedures for yourself and others 
• additional healing techniques how to give attunements
• complete a case study

You will receive:

• an attunement for the fourth Reiki symbol
• an information booklet of all that you learned
• a certificate of attainment

You will be able to:

• continue your Reiki journey with healing yourself and others on a deeper level
• develop your ability to channel as your awareness expands

Reiki Level 3  - 4 hours in person -  $225 per person  (maximum of 2 people)

The last level of the Reiki learning journey that allows you to share your knowledge, skills and passion for Reiki healing with other beautiful souls who wish to embark on this beautiful journey. The decision to take this final step is one driven by the stirrings of your soul and only you will know when you are ready to do so.

You will:

• spend a few hours with me covering all that you need to know to conduct your own courses, 
• join my workshops to practice your teaching skills,
• complete a written task to show your understanding.

You will receive:

• a certificate of attainment

You will be able to:

• continue your Reiki journey with sharing all that you know with Reiki healing with your students
