Empowered Mystic

In a world that can be challenging as you try to navigate through life, there are powerful methods that allow you to train the mind in order to achieve a state of calmness as you step forward through life's challenges with balance, resilience, focus and confidence.

Every session has empowering lessons of spiritual development that can be easily integrated into your day to day living and for your highest benefit.  Energy healings after each lesson are to maintain the balance of your chakras but are also to raise your vibration to further expand your intuition and overall mindset to achieve a life of beauty and grace.

The Empowered Mystic Course is a series of 4 magical sessions where each class is spaced every 2 to 3 weeks.

Lesson (30 minutes):

• Breath work and hand positions - to reduced negative emotions and assist with better sleep
• Method to reduce Anxiety
• Protecting your energy

Energy Healing (40 minutes):  Reiki and crystal healing including guidance from Spirit

Lesson (30 minutes):

• Grounding - to reduce negative emotions and physical conditions
• Method to reduce Anger
• Communication - the effect of words we use and how to deal with confrontation

Energy Healing (40 minutes):  Reiki and crystal healing including guidance from Spirit

Lesson (30 minutes):

• Identify limiting self-beliefs
• Mantras to retrain mind to increase resilience and confidence
• Method to intensify Mantras

Energy Healing (40 minutes):  Reiki and crystal healing including guidance from Spirit

Lesson (30 minutes):

• Meditation - to learn to exercise Third Eye and increasing intuition for better focus and confidence with decision making 
• Method to increase confidence

Energy Healing (40 minutes):  Reiki and crystal healing including guidance from Spirit

Every session gives you the strength and determination through Spiritual Wisdom, allowing you take back sovereignty by improving your mindset to become the Empowered Mystic that you are.
