Each session is calm, gentle and adapted to your child’s comfort level. They may simply relax, lie down, or sit comfortably while receiving energy healing in a safe and supportive environment.
For highly sensitive children or teens, sessions are always adjusted to ensure they feel completely safe and at ease.
There is no pressure to talk or perform—just space to be.
Every session is designed to support your child in feeling more grounded, aligned, and empowered in who they are. They may also receive messages of encouragement and reassurance from Spirit (including insight to past lives), offering them a sense of hope, confidence and connection to their inner strength.
After your child’s healing session, you will also be gently guided with simple, supportive tools such as calming techniques, suggested crystals or essential oils to help maintain their balanced energy and emotional wellbeing.
Children and teenagers of all ages respond beautifully to this gentle support and truly enjoy the sense of calm, safety, and lightness they feel afterwards. The shift is often a beautiful ripple effect within the family home.
